As a Bend native, I've returned to this booming community to take care of the place that raised me. Through acupuncture, Chinese herbalism, nutrition, and microneedling, I'm here to help individuals elevate their health and invest in themselves to be the best version possible. During my time at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, I learned the importance of living as a part of nature instead of separately, how to cultivate my own growth through Qigong and mindfulness, and the power of herbal formulas when formulated to the individual.
